Something went wrong with an analysis
Tell us the email on your account and roughly when you ran it. A failed run keeps your credit, so you can retry straight away — but if the credit didn't come back, we'll put it back by hand.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, ask and it's honored in full — no reason needed. You can also use the links on your Stripe receipt.
Deleting your photos, results, or account
Ask and we delete it completely: photos, Instagram scans, results, and the account itself. Send the request from the address you signed up with so we know it's you.
Press, partnerships, and everything else
Same address. It reaches the person who builds Colorito, not a queue.
