Colorito provides style guidance for informational purposes. Color analysis is an aesthetic judgment, not a science with a single right answer — results are our best professional-grade assessment, and the mirror gets the final vote.

The analysis is provided as-is, without warranty. Only upload photos — or scan Instagram profiles — that are yours or that you have the right to share, and don't use the service if you're under 13. Stored photos and results can be deleted on request at any time.

Purchases & refunds

The analysis is a one-time $9 purchase: one payment buys one credit, and one credit runs one full analysis, tied to your account. Credits are not a subscription and do not expire. If a run fails, your credit is not consumed — retry anytime.

Payments are processed by Stripe as the merchant of record; your receipt comes from Stripe by email. Not what you hoped? Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase — use the links on your Stripe receipt, or email support@colorito.ai — and it will be honored in full. A refunded credit is removed from your account.

Lookbook subscription

Lookbook is a monthly subscription: $19 a month, billed in advance to the card on file through Stripe, renewing automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time online from your lookbook profile page or the billing portal linked there; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, your current issue stays readable until then, and your photos and past issues stay with your account. If we change the monthly price, we'll email you before the new price takes effect. When a first month is offered without charge, the $19 monthly charge begins when that month ends unless you cancel first, and we email you three days before it does.

Not happy with your first issue? Ask for a refund within 14 days of your first Lookbook charge and it will be honored in full; a refunded subscription is canceled. Lookbook is available in the United States, to adults 18 and over. Renders are AI renderings of clothing on your own photos, not a guarantee of fit or color, and the products shown are sold by their retailers under the retailers' own terms, not by Colorito.
